Faircast, Inc is a new business, with employees who already bring a wealth of foundry knowledge to the table.  Registering many of our employees from several departments to learn more and perhaps bring back new perspectives to our foundry is invaluable.  When searching for courses that would benefit our employees, American Foundry Society and the Institute was our first stop.  From cost estimating to Casting Defect Analysis. AFS Institute is a one stop shop in furthering our employees' education.

Course Formats

Classroom Training

We teach all of our courses at various classrooms across the country. This is a great option if you'd just like to show up and learn without worrying about setting up a class location.

In-Plant Training

Developing valuable skills within the context of your own plant and equipment is advantageous to your employees. This is a great option if you would like a large number and wide variety of employees to participate.

Regional Training

As a local AFS chapter, you can provide a local version of one of our courses to your members. This is a great way to build relationships and knowledge with members.
