Chief Executive Officer - Hybrid
Full-Time

$240,000-$300,000 per year

Required Skills or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience, with experience in a manufacturing. Environment and/or association leadership is preferred.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing including business practices and regulatory and policy issues is highly preferred. Experience in dealing with small business concerns and heavy manufacturing are a plus.
  • Proven ability and experience managing/working with a volunteer organization.

Manager of Course Development and Certificate Programs - Hybrid
Full-Time

$82,000-$85,000 per year

The Manager of Course Development and Certificate Programs provides design and development initiatives for the Institute’s courses, certificate programs, and career pathways, in consultation with staff leadership, the Board of Directors and the Education & Training Task Force. The incumbent is also responsible for Foundry E-Learning new content development and module updates.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead the design, planning, launch, and evaluation of certificate programs and career pathways.
  • Collaborate on roll-out strategies, marketing plans, and program enhancements.
  • Serve as project lead for developing and managing new classroom and online courses.
  • Work with SME’s to revise and expand the Foundry E-Learning modules.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in curriculum design and development, certificate programs, project and/or program management.
  • 3-5 years of experience working with LMS platforms.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and written/oral communication skills.
