In a celebration of foundry excellence and innovation, the American Foundry Society honored leaders in the field of environmental, health, and safety last week during the 35th EHS Conference in Chicago.

AFS is pleased to announce its participation in the GIFA trade fair, where AFS will promote North American metalcasters, showcase the value of AFS, and highlight its wide range of technical books and research.

North America’s premier foundry event drew more than 2,200 attendees from around the globe this week for a three-day showcase of industry innovations. Hosted by the American Foundry Society, Metalcasting Congress 2023 welcomed guests from across the United States and from as far away as South Africa, Brazil, China, Mexico, Canada, and Taiwan to the Huntington Convention Center in Cleveland.

AFS Corporate Member TEI (Livonia, Michigan) has been named the winner of the prestigious 2023 AFS/Casting Source Casting of the Year Award. The award recognizes TEI's innovation and excellence in casting technology and design for its aluminum rear rail for the Cadillac CELESTIQ electric vehicle.
