Summit Panel to Feature Waupaca, Dotson, D&L and Osco Executives

The American Foundry Society (AFS), North America’s largest metalcasting organization, today announced that the 2022 Foundry Leadership Summit will feature a panel on “Opportunities and Challenges Facing Metalcasters in 2023 and Beyond.”

The panel, to be moderated by AFS Immediate Past President Mike Lenahan (Badger Mining), will feature Rob Johnson (Waupaca Foundry), Tyson Twait (Dotson Iron Castings), Jason McGowan (D&L Foundry) and Ryan Burke (OSCO Industries).

The Foundry Leadership Summit runs Sept. 18-20, 2022, at the Greenbrier Resort in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia. Early registration discounts are available through Aug. 19. The AFS room block at the Greenbrier, with guaranteed rates in the main building, runs through Aug. 16.

The panel is expected to address timely topics including workforce challenges and success stories, reshoring, infrastructure, and other matters. 

The Greenbrier is conveniently located off Interstate 64, with Amtrak connections from major cities and a local airport. Connections are also available from Roanoke and Charleston, WV.
