- White Sulphur Springs train station is located across from the Greenbrier Christmas Shop, across the street from the main entrance. Service from New York, Washington, D.C., Chicago and other major cities. Complimentary transportation to the main entrance is available

- Greenbrier Valley Airport in Lewisburg, WV (LWB) is 10 miles from the Greenbrier. Shuttle is available for $28.80 per person. Private transportation ($122.40 for 1 to 3 persons) is available with reservations.
- Roanoke Regional Airport (ROA) is 76 miles from the Greenbrier. Car rentals and private transportation ($300 for 1 to 3 persons, reservations required) are available.

AFS presents a variety of technical and management conferences (in both in-person and virtual formats). The refund policy for AFS conferences is as follows: 1) Substitutions are accepted at no charge at any time up until the start of the conference; 2) Full refunds are offered if AFS is notified in writing of cancellation at least 30 days in advance of the conference. No refunds or credits are available for less than 30 days written notice.
