Overview

Introduction to Supervisor Development is designed to assist new supervisors acquire the knowledge and skills required to be an effective leader. The course covers a wide range of topics including team leadership, communication, employment issues, and building on your success as a leader. It is especially designed to help those in the metalcasting industry (union and non-union) who are supervising hourly, or salaried workers.
