Grow Your Metalcasting Management Skills With This Live Summit

Supervisors and human resources professionals will build their skills as metalcasting leaders during the foundry industry’s prime event for practical management training.

The 2022 Management Training and Development Summit will take place live at AFS Headquarters in Schaumburg, Illinois, on May 18-20. New and experienced leaders in foundry management and HR positions are invited to attend and grow as leaders.

This in-person event features presentations from management experts from across the business and human resources community. Presenters include HR consultant Dave Ryan, whose session, "Leveraging Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Programs as a Competitive Advantage," will provide practical guidance on timely DEI issues; attorney Sara Eber Fowler, who will cover the year's must-know labor and employment issues; Dr. Ken Chapman of the Problem Solving Institute, who will present "The Leader's Code;" and many more speakers with insights into how metalcasting leaders can shape their companies’ cultures and tackle the challenges they encounter every day.

The summit is recommended for anyone who handles human resources or personnel management responsibilities in a metalcasting facility.

Registration includes the full program, plus a social outing with cocktails, dinner, and a fun evening at the TopGolf driving range (no experience necessary). Registration is $700 for AFS members and $1,400 for non-members, and AFS Corporate Members sending two attendees receive 50% off their second registrations.
