With concerns about the Coronavirus, AFS is focused on the health and safety of all of our show participants. The Convention Center has a detailed cleaning and disinfectant protocol. There will be hand-cleaning stations at heavy-traffic locations of our show, and AFS will distribute 2,500 small bottles of hand cleaning solution. Participants are encouraged to take precautions to avoid the spread of the virus and should avoid the show if they are sick.
AFS is proceeding with the Congress and making every effort to ensure a safe and successful event. Our exhibit and attendee rules state that we do not offer refunds. We will consider refunds only in cases where attendees or exhibitors are affected by a government travel ban or quarantine. Government travel bans and quarantines have restricted certain individuals from attending the show. We encourage everyone to make responsible decisions and to avoid travel if coming from high-risk locales or if they are sick.
