This division provides a full spectrum of labor relations and human resource services to assist member companies in improved handling of personnel problems on a day-to-day basis, and provides information and counsel for developing long-range policies and programs for successful employee relations.
It also conducts an annual conference for managers involved in shaping labor policies, negotiating labor contracts or directing employee relations and human resource programs.
