Overview

The AFS Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Conference returns for its 36th year as the premier event for foundry industry EHS professionals. Taking place October 1-3, 2024, at the Amway Grand Plaza in Grand Rapids, Michigan, the conference brings together leading experts and peers to discuss the latest developments, innovations, and best practices in foundry EHS. From foundry case studies to updates from Washington D.C. to networking with other professionals, this event has what you need to enhance your knowledge, EHS programs, and performance.

Exhibits

Exhibitors will be given a six foot black skirted table and two chairs. Wifi is included and electricity will be made available, as needed. Twenty-two exhibits are available and exhibits are on a first come, first served basis. Exhibits cost for AFS Corporate Members is $1,675 ($1,825 for non-Members) and come with one registration for the conference. Each exhibitor is encouraged to bring door prizes to be raffled off at the end of the conference reception. AFS will provide buckets to collect business cards from attendees visiting each table and will provide blank raffle slips for attendees without business cards at the conference. Near the end of the reception, winners 
for each exhibitor’s door prize(s) will be drawn from each exhibitor’s raffle bucket. Only attendees who have 
added their information to your exhibit's raffle bucket will be eligible to win your door prize(s).

Sponsorships

Sponsors will be included in pre-event marketing online, on our website, and in our communications. Sponsor logos will be formally recognized during the event, during presentations, and on-site on posters and attendee guide. AFS will also distribute a list of conference participant names and contact information to each sponsoring company. Sponsorships are $850.

AFS presents a variety of technical and management conferences (in both in-person and virtual formats). The refund policy for AFS conferences is as follows: 1) Substitutions are accepted at no charge at any time up until the start of the conference; 2) Full refunds are offered if AFS is notified in writing of cancellation at least 30 days in advance of the conference. No refunds or credits are available for less than 30 days written notice.
