Overview
The annual meeting of the AFS Future Leaders of Metalcasting promotes career development and networking among metalcasting professionals. Rising metalcasting professionals are invited to Blue Harbor Resort in Sheboygan, WI, to experience an immersive event from the AFS Future Leaders of Metalcasting.
Attendees will tour Kohler Casting Iron and Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry on provided shuttles and participate in an Engaged Feedback Skills Integration Workshop. Enjoy the presentation of the 2nd Sinto – AFS Future Leaders of Metalcasting Educational Scholarship Award to a student and attend the Dinner event and have some fun competition.

Future Leaders of Metalcasting is for foundry professionals who are 20 to 45 years old and who are on, or aspire to be on, a leadership track in their careers.

The refund policy for AFS conferences is as follows: 1) Substitutions are accepted at no charge at any time up until the start of the conference; 2) Full refunds are offered if AFS is notified in writing of cancellation at least 30 days in advance of the conference. No refunds or credits are available for less than 30 days written notice.
