Executive Committee 13-A

To provide a full spectrum of labor relations and human resource services which will assist member companies in improved handling of personnel problems on a day-to-day basis and to provide information and counsel for developing long range policies and programs for successful employee relations.

To also conduct an annual conference for managers involved in shaping labor policies, negotiating labor contracts or directing employee relations and human resource programs.

Labor Relations Committee 13-C

To identify and examine current labor relations matters, both in a union and non-union workplace, and recommend programs, surveys and publications that will provide knowledge to foundries and their human resources professionals. Will recommend subject areas appropriate for the annual Labor Relations and Human Resource Conference.

Training & Development Committee 13-D

To identify and make available information on aspects of training and development. In addition, work with other AFS divisions to recommend and coordinate training efforts.
