AFS Issues Call for Papers for Metalcasting Technology Track at 2010 SME RAPID |
AFS has issued a call for papers to be presented at the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME) 2010 RAPID tradeshow. The event will be held May 18-20, 2010, at the Disneyland Hotel, Anaheim, Calif., and will include a metalcasting technology track.
RAPID/3D Imaging is North America’s largest annual rapid manufacturing and reverse engineering event, representing the largest and the longest running industry forum for the presentation and discussion of the latest developments, trends and techniques in rapid technologies and additive manufacturing.Submission is open to technical papers and presentations covering all areas related to prototyping, tooling, direct manufacturing and 3D imaging technologies. Abstracts for papers for the metalcasting technology track at RAPID are due by Jan. 1, with complete manuscripts due by March 1.
