To help metalcasting managers do a better job in the field of labor relations and contract negotiations, AFS maintains files on union agreements in our industry. Settlement agreements are surveyed and reported quarterly to corporate members.

To view the quarterly reports, go to https://communities.afsinc.org/default.aspx .  Enter your user name and password.  Once you have logged in, click on “Members Only” (under “My Involvement”) and select “Labor Agreement Settlement Reports”.  Select “Shared Documents” under “Documents”.  Finally, select the file folder and then click on the settlement report you would like to view.
