The mission of the Human Resource Division of the American Foundry Society is to provide a full spectrum of labor relations and human resource services which will assist member companies in improved handling of personnel problems on a day-to-day basis and to provide information and counsel for developing long-range policies and programs for successful employee relations.

To better serve the metalcasting industry and member companies of the American Foundry Society, various services will now be available on the AFS website. Metalcasting Marketing

AFS Marketing has two distinct areas of focus.
1. Marketing AFS and its benefits to those affiliated with the metalcasting industry (metalcasters, suppliers, educators, design engineers, buyers, etc.)
2. Marketing metal castings and the metalcasting process to current and potential users of metal castings including design and product engineers and purchasers.
