Iron Pouring 		This metalcaster is waiting on the melt deck for molten metal to pour.

Metalcaster on the Melt Deck 		An assembly of wax molds is dipped into a refractory coating necessary for creating a ceramic outer shell in the investment casting process. Once a ceramic shell is made, the wax is burnt out of the mold, leaving a cavity for the molten metal to fill.
